Services
The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to maintain an accurate academic record for each student who enrolls at I.A.U., and to provide timely, accurate, and responsive services to students, faculty, staff and the public. Our services are provided in-person, by telephone and e-mail, through campus computing and touch-tone enrollment systems, and a variety of notices and publications.
Areas of service to students include academic publications, classroom scheduling, registration and assessment of fees, enrollment in classes, grading and narrative evaluations, certifying degree requirements, issuing official transcripts and diplomas.
Additional services provided to campus faculty, academic units, and to outside agencies include certification of student status, scheduling classes, enrollment reports and statistics, and processing grades and narrative evaluations.
Publications
The I.A.U. General Catalog is a listing of course descriptions, program descriptions, and faculty lists, and is arranged by department. The Navigator is the undergraduate campus handbook for academic and student affairs. The Schedule of Classes contains the quarterly course listings, enrollment information, Bulletin Boards, the quarterly calendar, as well as quarterly information and updates.
